Mantaray Island Resort is a three-star beachfront hotel featuring a garden, a computer station and a front desk accessible during limited hours. Some guests were a little shocked to find that they had to pay for additional services and amenity on the island for items such as snorkels, fishing gear and water sports equipment which were only available at an additional cost to guests.
Some guests did not like that there was limited food choices on the island and that they had no choice but to pay an additional fee for a compulsory meal plan, which some say also consisted of average food and a limited selection at each prescribed meal time.
