The hotel is a great option for guests who are catching a flight from Melbourne's airports with the hotel providing a reliable shuttle to the airports. Many guests mentioned that they used the shuttle and were happy with the service.
Previous guests remarked that the beds at the hotel are very comfortable and this along with the spacious rooms made for a great stay which was both cosy and comfortable and would see their repeat business to the hotel.
Friendly staff will always rate highly amongst reviewers especially if they had a good time and the staff at the hotel definitely fall into this category, with many guests commenting that they were both friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure guests had a great time.
Guests commented that maintenance of basic items could have been better as many had the misfortune of having things like the TV not working, broken phones, limited hot water and no heating which they expereinced during their stay.
