About Mayfair Hotel

The Mayfair Hotel is an older style seashore hotel built in 1929 and not a franchise owned hotel chain style. It’s Belmar’s only remaining hotel on Ocean Avenue facing the Atlantic Ocean and those spectacular views. It is centrally located in Belmar’s 20 short blocks of beachfront and 6 blocks from Main Street and the Belmar Train Station. Our location ensures convenient access to and from the beach, Belmar’s most popular bars, restaurants and shops. From the comfort of your oceanfront room, you have a bird’s eye view of the action in the ocean, on the beach and boardwalk areas. The most exciting news at the hotel is our recently upgraded oceanfront premier rooms. Upgrade of the common areas of the hotel are on-going but all areas will remain fully accessible this summer season. The outdoor swimming pool will be open for the July 4th holiday weekend. Belmar is a clean, safe and beautiful beach town that is thriving with activity and plenty of fun for everyone. If you enjoy spending time at the beach, great dinning or the very exciting local nightlife then you should consider a stay here. Our staff will do their best to ensure that you enjoy your accommodations.
