Luxury and comfort is what most of the past guests have experienced with their stay at Meliá Braga & Spa. The pampering treatments at the spa have delighted guests. Also, the plush bedding has been successful in providing guests a wonderful sleep.
From reception to housekeeping to service, the staff at this property has offered incredible level of customer service and has a lot of happy guests. Past guests have mentioned that the staff went out of the way in situations to assist them with their needs.
As mentioned by past guests, the large and spacious rooms at this property are ideal for couples and families travelling with little ones. There is enough storage area and room for you and your young ones to move around without being too crampt.
While most of the guests relished the buffet breakfast, some felt that the breakfast room was overcrowded and they couldn't find a place to sit. This has been a disappointment for guests as this wasn't a start they were expecting for their day.
Many of the past guests while staying at this property didn't like the fact that they had to pay for basic amenities like access to the outdoor pool, fitness centre and spa. Guests were annoyed as most of the places offer these facilities free of charge.
At Meliá Braga & Spa, the latest light system has not been appreciated by past guests. Although the guest rooms have a modern décor but the lighting in rooms work with touch palate and is not user friendly as expressed by visitors.
