With a location only two miles from the Schoenbrum Palace, Das President boasts a prime location near the city centre. Shopping enthusiasts were delighted to be walking distance from the famous Mariahilfer Strasse, the longest shopping street in Vienna. Social butterflies loved the abundance of cafes and bars in the area.
From comfortable rooms to great onsite facilities, guests genuinely enjoyed their stay at Das President and gave a lot of complimenting reviews to show for it. Guests especially appreciated the strong air conditioner and the fast Wi-Fi. After being greeted with a warm welcome from the smiling staff, you'll find your holiday off to an excellent start. Once you check into the spacious room, you'll feel in your home away from home.
Das President serves a daily breakfast and guests say it's a treat that will not only wake you up but also set you up for a long day of sightseeing.
Several guests mentioned the room's dim lighting. Though in one sense, it's flattering and maybe romantic, some guests found it simply inconvenient and hard to work under.
Das President offers complimentary parking guests say that the number of spaces is limited. Though the lot is almost never full, a few guests ran into a busy night where the hotel had a full car park. Fortunately, if you're there one of those nights, the hotel staff will happily suggest alternatives.
Though most guests did not have a problem, and almost all rooms are quite tidy, there have been a few instances where guests encountered less than ideal housekeeping during their stay. In addition, several guests said that the housekeeping staff forgot to clean their rooms on some of the days.
