Guests liked the fact that the hotel was located on International Drive only a 5-minute drive from Sea World and a 10-minute drive from the Walt Disney theme parks. There are also a few convenience stores and restaurants as well as a few outlet malls within a 5-minute radius.
Guests found their accommodations to be quite comfortable, where they could relax after a long day exploring the area and its sights. The rooms are relatively spacious and include basic amenities such as a small refrigerator, cable TV, a coffee marker, an iron and a small safe.
The hotel seems to be a perfect location for budget travelers, as it offers all the necessities in a convenient location at an affordable price. Guests agreed that the rooms and amenities are sufficient for those who basically only spend their nights in the room.
Guests found that the rooms displayed signs of aging, as they encountered holes in the wall, peeling paint on doors, torn sheets and stained carpets.
The public areas didn't fare much better than the rooms, as some guests criticized the hallways to be dark, smelly and have stained carpets as well, and a lot of the equipment in the laundry room and gym was found to be broken. Several guests also complained about the fact that there was little landscaping evident, as the grounds had a lot of weeds growing.
Some guests had concerns regarding housekeeping. Several also did not get their sheets or towels replaced during their stay even though they requested such a service.
