Each room is rather well maintained, and offers guests a clean and comfortable place to rest their head. The towels offered are nice and fluffy, and the beds are very comfortable. All in al, guests have found the rooms to be quite adequate.

The members of staff at the Super 8 Harrisburg Hershey West go out of their way to see to guest satisfaction, and are more than happy to assist guests wherever they can. The welcome is friendly, and the customer service is kept at a high standard.

The showers in the rooms are something to relish in. The water pressure is good, and the temperature is at a wonderfully hot level, which seems never ending. A hot shower does a lot to make on feel better.

The motel lobby and stairs could do with a good cleaning, and as such, the current result is that guests are arriving to a dirty looking place, and finding the first impression of the place to be undesirable.

For those arriving by car, they may find that the poorly maintained parking lot could be causing some damage to their cars, with all the potholes one must go bouncing over to get their car parked.
