The hotel is located about a five minute walk away from the main nightlife, close enough to have easy access to it but far enough away for it to be a relaxing hotel suitable for friends, couples and families.
The hotel is kept immaculately clean and has lots of kerb appeal. The pool has recently been renovated and is very inviting. There are standard sun loungers for free or luxury day beds at extra charge, these tend to be in demand and go quite early in the morning. There is a choice of restaurants and the food is of a very good standard.
Balconies are on the petite side and you will struggle to get more than two people on it at a time, according to reviews.
There is a range of age groups who use this hotel. Some guests have felt that others have been quite selfish, for example playing their own loud music around the pool. There have been similar problems in rooms and on balconies, with other guests making too much noise in the early hours of the morning.
The staff across the hotel receive lots of compliments from past guests, with many of them mentioned specifically by name. However there have been a handful of complaints about the staff on reception coming across as quite rude and sarcastic. Guests feel that the reception is the first and last impression of the hotel so this needs improvements.
