PHILIPPOS Hotel Apartments

PHILIPPOS HOTEL APARTMENTS is a charmfull family ran hotel with studios and one bedroom apartments located in Nikiana village in Lefkada. The complex consists of 4 independent buildings surrounding a beautiful 3000 sq.m flowered garden and old olive trees. There is the main hotel building that includes: reception, breakfast room, cafe lounge with terrace and TV corner, just next to it you can find the Bungalows building and two more residence buildings on the side of the garden. In the garden there is a BBQ , and a private parking , both free of charge for our guests. The closest beach "Episkopos" is located at only 150 m./ easilly accessible , just 2 min on foot from Philippos. A small part of the beach is organized (Beach Bar Pavezzo) with sunbeds and umbrellas but the largest part remains free. The small fishing port of Nikiana with some really nice small restaurants is located at only 750 meters, while in the center of the village you can find mini markets, pharmacy, coffee shops and bakery. A bus stop is located very close to the hotel offering easy access to both Lefkada town (7 km) or Nydri (8 km).
