This hotel offers a free bicycle hiring service to all of its guests. This facility can either be used functionally for getting to nearby places easier or for sightseeing in the beautiful Northern Vancouver neighbourhood.
When you first step into your room at the Pinnacle At The Pier Hotel, you can sense that there was a lot of pride when designing the interior of the hotel. With contemporary furnishings and clean spaces, you will feel quite well looked after.
The noise levels in the surrounding area can become a problem as there is always a lot of construction taking place nearby. This is not something the hotel can prevent, but measures can be made to better improve the amount of noise entering the building.
This hotel does require an additional payment for parking on the premises. Guests have complained that the parking fee they're been required to pay does not compare well with the area in which the hotel is situated. The location of this hotel is not in the CBD of Vancouver and parking fees should be minimal.
Pinnacle At The Pier Hotel often rents out most of it's swimming pool to other companies and leaves only one lane open for guests. Although it is not always the case, the swimming pool can become to congested when the use of the pool is mostly for training. The hotel should take its guests more into consideration.
