Our picturesque Placid Bay Inn is located directly on beautiful Lake Placid. Our property has magnificent views of Whiteface Mountain, and snow covered Placid Lake. We are a short walk to downtown with shopping, restaurants, entertainment and après ski fun. Adirondack ambiance surrounds you in our newly renovated accommodations which includes: rooms, kitchenette suites, lakeside fireplace rooms, and lakefront fireplace cottages. All units have free Wi-Fi, telephone with free local calls, full bath/shower w/hair dryer, flat screen TVs, and are immaculately clean. Our friendly and courteous staff would be happy to assist you in planning your perfect getaway. We offer numerous packages for romance, playing in the snow, or just enjoying Lake Placid.
