The new look rooms impress guests. Not only are they clean and comfortable, the rooms are nicely laid out. The attention to detail in terms of where plug sockets are located and shelf space is also appreciated.

Staff at the Premier Inn London Twickenham Stadium seem to go out of their way to welcome guests to the hotel. Beyond providing basic services, which seem to run smoothly, the team are happy to accommodate extra requests where possible.

Although you should expect the rates to ramp up a little when there’s a major rugby game on at the stadium, guests otherwise found the nightly rates acceptable. Freebies such as Wi-Fi and parking save guests money. Plus, the restaurant food is reasonably priced.

Although guests are generally impressed by the rooms, the lack of air-conditioning does seem to be a problem. You’ll probably need to have the windows open and take full advantage of the provided fan, especially during warmer weather.

Plenty of guests were perfectly satisfied with the dining facilities at the hotel although others were less impressed by their experience. The service sometimes seem slow and even rude at times. Also, several guests found the food was less than appetising.

Although it doesn't seem to be a regular problem, a small number of guests had a problem trying to connect to the free Wi-Fi. Others found the connection was intermittent. Premium Wi-Fi is offered although this costs extra.
