The management at this hotel has done a great job with its' recent renovation and general improvement of all standards. Much of the hotel has been repainted and new carpeting has been installed. The old furniture and fittings have been replaced where necessary. The hotel is modern and comfortable.
The Princess Beach Hotel is situated right on Princes Beach, the beach is great for relaxation and for children to play on. The area is lovely and clean. Guests highly recommend the guest rooms with a sea view.
The hotel staff are very friendly, they will help you as best they can with anything you need. The staff work hard to keep the hotel clean and running smoothly. You can ask reception for any tour information you may need as they will give you tips and ideas on where to go and the best way to get there.
The 'all inclusive' option at this hotel is not very inclusive. You have to pay deposits and additional fees for many of the facilities and services. The beach towels need a deposit and you have to pay a fee to use the safety deposit boxes and Wi-Fi, which can only be connected to one device at a time.
The hotel needs to replace the bedding and the towels especially. The beach and swimming pool towels come with a high deposit which is sometimes not returned to you, these towels are also threadbare and stained. The bedding in the hotel is stained and of a poor quality.
