These apartments are located in a quiet part of the CBD but are still very close to plenty of bars and restaurants, shopping, city parks and tram stops. Guests think that the location is a great base from which to explore all that Melbourne has to offer.
Staff at these apartments are very friendly and will give you a genuinely warm welcome when you arrive. Guests say the service is excellent, with staff keen to oblige any requests where they can, such as storing luggage, and they are also keen to share great local advice on what to see and do around Melbourne.
Apartments offer guests everything they like to find when they are away from home. They are spotlessly clean and tidy, nicely laid out, and well maintained. They have good facilities, which work well, and include the essentials such as tea and coffee, toiletries and cleaning products.
Some of the apartments are not accessible from the lift and so guests have to use the stairs. This was difficult for some, particularly when carrying luggage in and out. These apartments may not be the most suitable for any guests with mobility issues.
Melbourne is a busy city and as with any accommodation in a central city location guests may well be able to hear some noise from outside. The property does have apartments which face away from the street, which are quieter, as are those on higher floors.
Guests have come to expect that most accommodation will now include access to a free Wi-Fi service as standard within the rate. Some are disappointed to find that Wi-Fi is not free at this property but incurs an additional charge.
