In several reviews, it is clear that the staff members at this hotel go far out of their way in order to make guests feel welcome and valued. From front-desk staff members to housekeeping staff, all are knowledgeable, attentive and have guests' best interests at heart.

The hallways at this hotel echoes sound quite easily. This unfortunately finds its way into guest rooms without difficulty as well. Guests have found the rooms to thus be somewhat noisy and, in some cases, guests have also struggled to get a good, full night of sleep.

In several reviews, it is apparent that guests have not been overjoyed with the hours in which the housekeeping staff cleaned guest rooms. Often in the early morning, guests have certainly feel as though this is unnecessary and should be changed.
