The Best Western Plus Kelly Inn in Saint Paul, Minnesota can be reached via the Kellog Boulevard Exit off Interstate 35 East or the Marion Street Exit off Interstate 94. This 100% non-smoking hotel has 126 guest rooms distributed across ten floors, including King Suites and rooms for physically handicapped people. All rooms come with air-conditioning, a coffee/tea maker, an ironing board, a hairdryer and cable/satellite television. High-speed internet is also available. Complimentary services include parking, newspapers and local calls under thirty minutes.
