Basin Harbor is a classic Vermont resort on Lake Champlain which offers a variety of lodging options to make you feel right at home. Whether you’re a family of four, a couple looking for a quiet getaway, or part of a large group gathering, we have the perfect accommodations for you. Originally a 225-acre working farm catering to summer boarders, Basin Harbor has expanded to cover 700-acres of Vermont‘s most pristine land along the shores of Lake Champlain. Basin Harbor encompasses the main lodge, 3 guest houses, and 74 cottages, a championship 18-hole golf course, spectacular gardens, a 3,200 foot grass airstrip, 60-slip marina and the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum—an organization dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Lake Champlain.
