Lots of Activities for Being ‘Nowhere’.
While you won’t find shops and restaurants like in an urban setting, there are many things for people to do outdoors, like Jeep excursions, golf, swimming, walking tours, etc.

Not Close to Anything.
The isolation was one of the things people commented on enjoying. If you want hustle and bustle of city life, don’t come here. If you want a place to ‘get away’ and find some solitude, you’re in good (albeit limited) company.

Guests mention that staying here can be rather expensive. Whether it’s the room price, the restaurant or general store, you may pay more than usual because they have a monopoly on the area.

Some guests indicated that they feel it was less of a spa experience and more like a camping excursion. Even though they know they are surrounded by sand, they felt the location could be cleaned better.
