There is no shortage of things to do when staying at the Secrets Capri Riviera Cancun. You can play a game of golf, pool, billiards, take a stroll down the beach, enjoy exciting Mexican and American cocktails on the rooftop terrace or at the on-site bars, or visit the sauna and spa.
The hotel provides unmatched customer service with true Mexican hospitality. Staff members are so warm, friendly and easygoing. The amenities in the rooms and public spaces are all state-of-the-art.
The hotel sits right on a beautiful private beach. But the otherwise exotic-looking beach is marred by tufts of seaweed and although the hotel staff does pull it up, it seems to have trouble keeping up with its fast growth.
Several guests have reported that the rooms still remain hot even with the AC units working full time. Probably has something to do with a less-than-perfect cooling system.
The hotel apparently sees no need to heat the pool water ostensibly because it's really hot in Mexico. But several guests have reported the water is too cold for their liking.
