Being a smaller resort at the North end of the bay, the hotel offers a little more peace and quiet than the larger hotels at the opposite end. As a result too, the beach is far less crowded, and there is no shortage of loungers and parasols.
Some guests have found that staff can be abrupt at times. While most are friendly, some further customer service training would not go amiss. Guests, in general, chalk this up to them being understaffed.
