Guests highly recommend the Wana Spa with its relaxing beauty treatments and effective traditional Thai massages.

The pool is clean, spacious and includes a wet bar, where guests can enjoy some delicious snacks and refreshing drinks. Guests also liked the atmosphere and the fact that the hot tub was never overcrowded but pleasantly warm.

Since the property is quite large, guests can quickly navigate between the various areas by taking use of the hotel's free golf cart shuttles.

While most guests agree that the sandy beach is quite enjoyable, the resort's secluded location far from the rest of the island lends a feeling of isolation. Guests remarked that the 30-minute boat ride to the daily market or the nearest city was too long and would not be ideal for a daily commute. Even the option of taking a taxi or ferry would not only become expensive but would be just as bothersome and time-consuming.

Some guests thought that the hotel's meals were overpriced, because the quality and selection of meals did not warrant such prices. Other guests felt that services such as organized tours or providing diving gear for a fee were too pricey as well.

While internet is free at the resort, guests reported not being able to get a Wi-Fi signal in their rooms, and some even noticed a spotty signal in the public areas.
