The hotel is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with a bright and airy appearance that matches the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Guests were very impressed with the high standard of cleanliness that is maintained throughout both the rooms and the hotel facilities; the pool area is expansive and hygienic and the housekeeping staff ensure the rooms are immaculately tidy.
The food served at the buffet-style restaurants in the hotel serve a wide range of different cuisines that are all made to a high standard and should satisfy all guests’ tastes and preferences. The staff are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements or restrictions.
Secrets Maroma’s staff are all incredibly friendly and courteous, ensuring that guests feel welcome upon arrival. They are happy to arrange anything guests may need and provide information about the area surrounding the hotel.
Some guests commented no having their restaurant reservations mixed-up, such as incorrect number of people. This doesn't appear to be the majority.
