Guests will have a great view of Ayia Napa from their balcony and can unwind on the sofa bed. Families are well catered for with a games room and a children’s playground. Many guests were pleased with the location of the apartments. It’s a short distance from Ayia Napa strip. There are bars, shops and restaurants nearby. A number of beaches are also in the surrounding area. This accommodation is perfect if you’re looking to stay in Ayia Napa.
There were some guests that were unimpressed at having to pay to use the Wi-Fi. They stated the Wi-Fi was too expensive and they shouldn’t have to pay for a service that is free in most hotels.
This is something the hotel needs to address. Some travellers to Senator were unhappy about paying to use the air conditioning. They advised the cost for air conditioning should be included in the room price. It’s not fair to ask guests to pay for air conditioning when they’re staying in a hot country such as Cyprus. If you decide to stay at the hotel, try to book with the hotel directly, as you won’t have to pay an additional price for air conditioning.
A few guests complained about the noise from other travellers within the hotel, advising they could hear loud noise until the early hours of the morning.
