Besides the beach, the resort is close to many shops and restaurants. The Gold Coast Mall is a stroll away and the Old Pro Golf for playing mini golf is around five minutes' drive. The Fenwick Island State Park is around eight kilometers from the resort.

All rooms have kitchenettes equipped with mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Closets are spacious and an iron and ironing board are provided. Bathrooms are en suite. Condominiums have two full baths, and kitchens add washer and dryer.
The resort has three pools including a pool for the kids. A fitness center with weights and cardio equipment and a sauna are present. An ice rink is on site and live ice shows take place. A tennis court and a games room are sports activities available. Guests who enjoy lounging in the beach are provided with complimentary beach chairs. The resort is equipped to hold meetings and events like weddings. A tropical lawn with a fire pit where music and entertainment are featured is present. A restaurant and bar and grill with ocean views are present and an ice cream and candy shop as well. Parking and Wi-Fi access throughout the resort are complimentary amenities.
The rooms are not maintained well. Housekeeping is irregular. There is sand present everywhere in the rooms and bathrooms. Tissues, spoons and forks are not provided and toiletries are not replenished. The air conditioning filter is filthy and guests with respiratory problems face severe difficulties.
