Members of staff are very friendly and welcoming. They know the area and building well and are happy to share this knowledge with you. Frankly, they need to because this place is just an amazing maze - very easy to get lost.
The immediate area has a relaxed and fun-loving atmosphere. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. It's close to attractions in the downtown district.
There's no air conditioning and the fact that windows refuse to remain open doesn't help the summer heat problem.
The room is very difficult to find and the car parking area is miles away. The room itself is very basic. Not the sort of place you'd come to if you were out to impress your partner. Air vents are uncontrollable and very noisy. Detail as to the availability of food (plus a route map!) would be welcome.
There's no lift here and there are a good number of floors to navigate whilst carrying luggage. Still, after that journey, you won't need the fitness facilities! There's quite a lot of activity and noise outside the building; probably due to maintenance work. Inside, a popular hobby is the needless slamming of doors. This is down to the actions of uncaring visitors - but helped in no small way by the poor design of the building.
