The hotel is located close to various amenities such as shops, cafes and bars. Located just a few minutes' walk from the city center guests have easy access to public transportation. Its proximity to the sandy beaches in Myrtle and the beautiful ocean views offer guests a pleasant experience.
The reception staff are very accommodating and check you in and out very efficiently. They do not hesitate to offer you tips on local attractions that might be of interest you. The members of staff are very polite, friendly and professional. The hotel always makes the stay here a great experience for pet owners.
The hotel provides guests with a delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Some felt that the food is well prepared and there is a wide selection to choose from.
A few guests have complained about the state they found their rooms in. Common complaints were that some rooms had bedbugs and cockroaches. Others felt that the bathrooms were smaller than had been anticipated and that the fittings in some rooms had seen better days.
Guests who used the hotel's wireless Internet signal were a bit disappointed because of the very slow connection experienced in some rooms. The speeds are only suitable for light web browsing.
A number of guests found the elevator to be extremely slow. It was also rather cramped inside and could only handle a few people at a time. This was especially problematic if multiple guests were waiting to be taken to their respective floors.
