Positive Reviews
positive:
Stylish designs.
The stark white appearance of most of the apartments at New Point lends itself to a very modern and elegant design, which will make you feel as though you're at a truly unique and high-end resort no matter which area of the apartment (or main building) you're in.
positive:
Expansive rooms.
The rooms in New Point's apartments are extremely large, and may even be considered too much if you're booking for a smaller party. You have ample space to relax, store your luggage or other belongings, and host social events in the living area. You'll never feel confined or cramped here.
positive:
Nearness to Miami destinations.
All of the flashy sights and world-famous attractions of Miami Beach are at your fingertips, thanks to New Point's excellent seaside location and proximity to the downtown area. Whether you're interested in nightclubs or water-based activities, there's always something new to see.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Language barriers with staff.
Many of the staff members have either little English or none at all, which can make it difficult to convey specific requests about rooms or things that you'd prefer, such as late wake-up service or asking for more toiletries for the apartment unit.
negative:
Security concerns.
The crowds that check into New Point can sometimes be too large or too disruptive for the apartment unit, judging by the amount of security checkpoints and officers stationed around the property. Loud noises and poor behavior tend to be reported frequently here.
negative:
Single bathroom units.
Even if you book a large apartment for four or more people, you'll still need to work around having just one bathroom for the entire apartment. Even two bathrooms would make this issue much less troublesome, but as it is, it's a hassle for all involved.
