Seychelles Beach Resort is a 22-story high-rise condominium featuring stunning views of the Gulf coast in Panama City. Each of the condos are tastefully appointed with a full kitchen, marble counters in the bathrooms, tile in the foyer, a coffee maker, wired high-speed Internet access, a washer and dryer, and a large private balcony. Resort guests can enjoy access to the resort's fitness center and game room as well as seasonally available cabana service on the beach. Guests have the option of preparing a meal for themselves in their condo's full kitchen, or dining out at one of the many fantastic restaurants in the area such as Hunt's Oyster Bar and Captain's Table. There's no shortage of activities and attractions nearby Seychelles Beach Resort including St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, and golf courses.

All on the condos have spacious private balconies, many of which face out towards the Gulf of Mexico. Guests loved being able to sip coffee on their balcony while watching the clear blue waves lap up against the beautiful white sand.
It was clear to the guests that stayed here that some effort went into the soundproofing of the units. Despite the crowds, their condo was perfectly insulated from the surrounding noise.
From the resort, guests found that it was easy to take in a variety of activities. During their vacation, guests enjoyed charter fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, and more, all without have to stray far from the resort.
Seychelles Beach Resort does not have a 24-hour reception desk, preferring to only keep the desk manned for part of the day and employing a drop box for after-hours check in's. Many guests were bothered by this, and found it difficult to have their issues addressed when they could only get in touch with a hotel employee at certain times of the day.
A few guests complained that the pool and the surrounding pool deck are rather small, and as such, can get overcrowded fast. They expressed that for a facility as large as Seychelles Beach Resort, the pool should be much bigger in order to accommodate all of their guests. The hot tub also suffered for the same overcrowding.
Many guests reported that though their condo got a decent "surface" clean, on closer inspection they found a disturbing amount of grime and dust build up. They also experienced small maintenance issues such as burnt out light bulbs.
