The rooms were described as being of decent size and stylishly decorated with all the necessary mod-cons. Guests appreciated the high quality furniture and fixtures as well as the large and comfortable beds. Many were also impressed with the bathrooms which were said to have separate walk-in showers, double basins and up-to-date suites. .
The hotel offers a wide range of leisure facilities which the guests thoroughly enjoyed using. Many welcomed the opportunity of relaxing in the roof-top hot tubs whilst the pool was also popular with the guests especially those who stayed here with young children. Guests also complimented the treatments at the on-site spa stating that the therapists were professional and knowledgeable. .
Those who came here to enjoy a bit of skiing were pleased to find that the slopes and ski lifts were within walking distance of the hotel. There are also plenty of shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away which many of the guests found very convenient. .
The service at breakfast has been described as quite disorganised as guests reported waiting longer than expected in order to be shown to their table even at times when the dining room wasn't full. Some also objected to food items running out and note being replenished on time. .
The resort is quite large and some guests experienced difficulties in finding their rooms as well as all the on-site facilities. Many reported that the staff didn't fully explain to them where all the facilities were located upon checking-in. .
Some of the guests whose rooms were overlooking the square objected to the levels of noise which they said prevented them from getting a good night's sleep.
