The beds, linens, mattresses, and pillows were extremely clean, well-maintained, and comfortable according to most guests. They considered it to be one of the best beds they've ever slept on to the point that they want to bring the beds home with them.
Due to the amazing design and overall quality of the pool area with water slides especially designed for kids, previous guests were able to enjoy swimming and relaxing after a long, tiring day. The kids loved the water slide while adults appreciated the hot tub provided within the pool area.
Aside from the loud noises from kids running within the hallway from morning until evening, guests were disappointed with the loud noise from the neighbouring rooms and from the pool area. Guests are advised to wear earplugs for added convenience.
The lack of free breakfast included on the room package dismayed previous guests. The quality of the food on the on-site restaurant was also of poor quality and was not freshly cooked or prepared according to guests.
Most guests were dismayed with the small size of the bathroom area. Large families especially those who have kids had a hard time using the bathroom due to its cramped structure and small area for shower, toilet, and bath.
