Seven Stars Resort (Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands)

After staying for a few days, guests became familiar with the sight of large groups of resort staff raking the beach early each morning. Their attention to detail when it comes to keeping the rooms and common areas of the resort (even the beaches) clean borders on obsessive.

There are many things to do on-site at the resort including indulging at the spa, lounging on the white sand beach, games and activities for the kids, an outdoor pool, yoga classes, and tennis courts. Guests who ventured outside the resort found a litany of outdoor activities waiting for them like boat excursions, helicopter tours, and horseback riding.

moment they checked in, and were offered a seat on the comfortable lobby couches and a rum punch while someone brought their luggage to their room it was clear that Seven Stars puts the comfort of their guests above all else.

This is a luxury resort, and they set their rates accordingly. The majority of the few complaints Seven Stars received were for small mistakes, such as forgetting to bring a requested item to a guest. These kind of oversights may be forgivable at a lower price point, but with the rates Seven Stars charges guests tended to be more exacting in their standards.

A few guests were bothered that most of the resort's facilities, like their pool, close around 10pm. Guests who wished to stay up later found themselves at a loss on how to occupy their time.

Some guests who stayed in their least expensive rooms, the junior suites, expressed that they had hoped for larger accommodations.
