They can play billiard/pool or arcade/games, go for a spa or sauna session, play with the kids at the free children's club, walk around the beach, or swim in the large outdoor pool. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of water sports in facilities close to the hotel.

Shangri-La's Boracay Resort & Spa provides free shuttle services to several nearby locations. Several guests, however, reported that the shuttle service was marred by either irregular hours or was unavailable or too busy at times.
A couple of guests have reported that they arrived at the hotel only for the hotel to fail to locate their reservations, something they said took quite some time to straighten out. Check-ins can sometimes get quite lengthy with long wait times.
