If you are looking for a hotel near Raleigh and Durham then this is an ideal location. It also has easy access to the airport due to the shuttle service available and this will take approximately 10-minutes. This may also take you to nearby shops and restaurants on a request basis. There is also a Walmart nearby should you need to stock up on any necessities.
Despite its proximity to the airport it is far enough away to not be bothered by aircraft noise. If you are a light sleeper and want to guarantee a good night’s sleep this hotel has the edge over other properties in the area.
There is a swimming pool on-site which is located outdoors and the perfect place to hang out when the temperature rises. Guests travelling for business purposes feel the hotels conference facilities are very good too.
Guests have complained that the Wi-Fi here is unreliable, it can be difficult to connect to and the on-site staff are unable to provide assistance with it.
The general consensus from previous guests is that the hotel breakfast is just “alright”. The quality is just about good enough and there is an adequate variety, but guests have expected more and it has simply not delivered that. It seems that this reputation also extends to the dinner service as well with guests feeling it does not provide good value for money.
The whole property is beginning to feel quite dated and in some places actually a bit shabby. Guests feel it is about time that money was pumped in to refurbish it and restore it to its former glory.
