positive:
Fabulous decor creates the boutique experience
Set in the 1895 Reliance Building, which is on the National Registry of Historic Places, this hotel boasts 19th century charm in every room. Dark woods contrast against the calming color scheme and plush beds are finished with floral pillows so that you can recline in stylish comfort. Guests also enjoy having a "real" room key, rather than a card.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Small rooms feel a little too boutique
A handful of frustrated guests have commented on the size of the rooms at Kimpton Hotel Burnham as they found them to be much smaller than they were expecting.
negative:
No free Wi-Fi for non members
Unless you sign up to Kimpton's rewards scheme, you will need to pay to use their Wi-Fi service at this hotel. Some guests feel that this is an outdated approach to what is now considered a standard amenity.
negative:
Lost its charm since its renovation
Unfortunately, a very small number of guests are not keen on the 2015 renovation that this hotel has undergone. Although they like the newly opened up lobby and period detailing, some guests feel that the subtle color scheme is not as in line with "old world charm" as it once was.
