In this family-run aparthotel, guests felt that the whole family worked hard to make their stay relaxing and enjoyable. They welcomed guests as part of their family and treated them with great respect. They went out of their way to see that guests had everything they needed. They also helped guests in organising their trips.
Guests felt that though the apartments were basic, they had everything. The rooms were clean and cosy with comfortable beds. Plenty of towels were provided. There was lots of hot water in the bathrooms. The rooms were cleaned every day. The Wi-Fi in the hotel worked well. Guests loved the homemade, fresh and tasty food served in the restaurant. Service was also impeccable. The staff also recommended guests to try other local restaurants.
Guests liked the quiet and peaceful location. It is not far from restaurants, bars and bakeries. The location is great for walks. The beach is also an easy walk from the hotel. Guests found the facilities to be good with easy access to Rhodes.
All guests found that the stray dogs in the neighbourhood barked whole night and disturbed their sleep. The only solution to this was using ear plugs.
Many guests felt that the rooms could have been maintained better in terms of furniture and bathroom fittings. In some bathrooms the shower shutter and toilet seat was found to be broken.
