Nearly every guest who's stayed here has said this hotel is the perfect place to stay when you've got an early morning flight to catch as it enables you to check your bags in early then return to your room for a little more sleep. Staying here after arriving is similarly convenient: as you just pass through immigration, check-in and go straight to bed!
As well as being polite and courteous, many visitors noted that the staff members here are willing to help at all times. The speedy check-ins went down very well too.
A significant number of travellers reported that, even though this hotel is set within a major international airport terminal, you can't hear any aircraft-related noise at all!
The vast majority of visitors who've stayed here have remarked that the rooms are just too small to be truly comfortable. Those travelling with partners were the least impressed with the amount of space afforded.
It has been noted that the rather expensive rates here tend to reflect the fact that this is the only hotel located in the actual airport. Suffice to say, a great many guests were a bit peeved by this rather overt ‘captive audience' strategy.
Numerous travellers have lamented the fact that this hotel's location is somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tokyo. That being said, there are a number of express train services which stop off at lively central locations relatively swiftly.
