The Suites in Canal Park is an historic converted warehouse located on Lake Superior in the historic Canal Park section at Waterfront Plaza of downtown Duluth. Room choices are standard suite, or one-, two-, or three-bedroom suite. All suites have fully-equipped and fully-stocked kitchens or kitchenettes. All suites offer TV with HBO, phone and data ports, and free WiFi. Some rooms have separate living or dining areas, and some have whirlpool spas. Some rooms have views of the harbor or the Duluth skyline. The Suites Hotel features a fitness center and free parking. There is business space for up to 100, as well as a 24-hour business center.
