Rooms in the hotel are clean and comfortable. The sheets are changed daily and the beds are cosy. Though the rooms are basic they offer all the required amenities like en suite bathrooms with showers, hot water and toiletries, and free bottled water. Moreover, there are TVs and DVD players as well in the rooms.
The hotel offers budget accommodation in Alford. Facilities offered by the hotel for the money paid are worth the stay. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and guests are welcomed with great hospitality on arrival.
All meals served at the hotel were simply amazing said guests. The food was tasty, freshly cooked and nicely presented as well. Most of the guests said that the breakfast had an array of options for selection and was served in large portions. The food was reasonably priced.
Loud music in the hotel was going till wee hours of the morning causing disturbance and affecting sleep of the guests. Some guests said that the walls were vibrating because of the bass and patrons were screaming till late night.
The hotel needs some refurbishment since certain facilities aren't working up to the mark. The lighting system in the hotel is extremely poor and there are no rooms on the ground floor, making it inconvenient for people with disabilities.
