This hotel is located in the heart of Chicago just two minutes from the Magnificent Mile by foot. The public transport is easily accessible from the hotel and there are many tourist attractions within walking distance from the front door.
Spotty Wi-Fi can become a big problem if you're travelling on business and rely on a good internet connection to do your work. There have been several complaints that the Wi-Fi connection is not as good as it should be for a hotel of this caliber.
The walls that separate each room is not entirely sound proofed and guests have had a few complaints that they could hear their neighbor when trying to sleep.
Some guests feel as though the housekeeping should do a slightly better job in being consistent with their timing and quality of work. In some instances, housekeeping have not showed up when expected to.
