The hotel location is ideal. It's stationed in the centre of the old town and within easy walking distance to most attractions. You will find plenty of souvenir shops, cafés, and nice restaurants. Most of the places that might interest you are easily accessible by tram or other regional transportation. Konyaalti Beach is also close by.
The views from the terrace are amazing, you have the sea and the mountains right before you. It's an inspiring vista. You can also eat breakfast on the terrace during the morning hours. It's mesmerizing.
This is a family run establishment and they know how to make you feel at home. They take a sincere interest in your comfort and exceedingly helpful with any issues you might have. Contact is easy-going and everyone is friendly. They assist with questions, arranging excursions, and suggestions about restaurants in the area.
There is no elevator in the hotel, so prepare yourself to walk up several floors. If you have a hard time climbing stairs, you may feel uncomfortable. Actually, the hotel is on top of another business.
The water seems to have a mind of its own. Either it's too hot or too cold. The water pressure is also poor.
It would be helpful if they provided daily room service. Fresh towels, toilet paper, and additional necessities are not frequently provided. The rooms are quite small as well.
