Guests love the food served here. The buffet restaurant caters for everyone and guests regularly comment on the egg station during breakfast - cooking you a fried egg or omelette with a choice of filling to order. Food is great quality and always hot.

Staff at this hotel are said to be friendly and helpful - always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you have a fantastic stay. They have a great knowledge of the local area and will gladly advise on the best things to do during your stay in Playa Dorada.

Many guests have commented that both bedrooms and communal areas are kept clean and well presented by housekeeping staff.

Some guests feel that Wi-Fi should be included in the room rates. Currently, you will have to pay to upgrade to access the Wi-Fi and guests feel that this is not in line with other similar all inclusive hotels.

A handful of guests have advised that the beach vendors can be an annoyance. Unfortunately the hotel cannot stop them being there, but generally if told 'no' they will leave you alone.

The evening entertainment takes place near the pool, and as such some guests have commented that rooms facing onto the pool will be subject to the noise and lights on an evening. That said, if a quiet room is requested upon booking then the hotel are happy to arrange this where possible.
