Even though the breakfast is not complimentary, guests were quite happy with it as the spread was adequate to kick start the day. The continental breakfast included breads, cereals, fresh fruits, sausage, yoghurt, bacon and much more. All the food items were of high quality and cooked well.
The hotel is centrally located and very convenient for all the guests. The Kowloon Waterfront and MTR are at a walking distance from the hotel. Guests loved shopping in the top brand shopping outlets like Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Gucci to name a few. It is close to Nathan road, which has many restaurants and bars that can be explored by the guests.
Guests loved that they were provided with a free smartphone with Internet connection during their stay. This helped them navigate to places they wanted to visit, as well as search for information they needed about the city.
The décor and overall look of the rooms is very outdated and needs some renovation. Guests complained of unpleasant odours in some rooms.
