Aqualandia (Benidorm, Spain)

Aqualandia is a water theme park located on the outskirts of Benidorm at the northern end of Levante Beach, it is adjacent to Mundomar, an animal park and sea life centre and together these two attractions are twinned and share the same car parking facilities. It claims to be Europe’s largest water park and has over 20 different rides. There are numerous water-based attractions at Aqaulandia that are suitable for both children and adults, including swimming pools and hot tubs as well as water slides, water rapids and assault courses. One of the most popular rides for children and teenagers is called “The Black Hole”, other rides include “Kamikaze” and “Big Bang” which is the highest water chute in Europe. For younger children there is Adventureland. The water pools at Aqualandia are filled with salt water from the sea rather than freshwater. Rubber rings and lockers are available for hire.
