Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park (Phangnga, Thailand)

Lam Ru National Park är både en geografisk och en marin nationalpark som genom sitt utnämnande till nationalpark den 30 augusti 1991 blev Thailands 66:e nationalpark. Parken sträcker sig över 125 kvadratkilometer och har ett mycket rikt djur- och växtliv. Här finns till exempel ett stort antal olika orkideer, många olika arter av fjärilar och tropisk regnskog. Har man tur kan man få se makaker, jätte-ekorrar och svart asiatisk björn. Parken innefattar även stränder och korallrev, samt ett flertal berg, som till exempel Lak mountain och Sang Tong mountain. Parkens huvudkontor ligger nära Leam Him Chang, längs highway 4, strax söder om Kao Lak.
