The Legoland Discovery centre in Berlin opened in 2007 and is a theme park constructed out of millions of plastic Lego bricks. Within the park there is a 4-D cinema, a dragon’s castle, a cafe, a jungle and an adventure trail, all of which are constructed from Lego. Whilst the park will especially appeal to children there are things to do for all ages. An exhibition area tells the story of Lego, from its invention through to its present day uses. All of the park is fully accessible by wheelchair users. Admission charges are: Adult - €14,95 Child - €11,95 Senior Citizens - €13,95 Children age 3 and under - free The Legoland Discovery Centre is open every day throughout the year (except Christmas Day). It is open from 10am until 7pm with last admissions at 5pm.
