Museum of the Rockies (Bozeman, USA)

Located on the campus of Montana State University the Museum of the Rockies is home to the largest collections of dinosaur remains in the United States. This collection includes the largest Tyrannosaurus skull ever found and the only one with remains of soft tissue still attached. The Museum of the Rockies is open every day except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. The museum has extensive accommodations for handicapped visitors. The summer hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily for the museum and planetarium. The store is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Summer entrance rates are adults $9.50, children 5 -18 $6.50 children under 4 are free. Winter hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon to Sat and 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Entrance fees are lower in winter at $8 for adults and $4 for children.
