Roy’s Restaurant overlooks the marina at the Bayfront Village, Naples. The menu, supervised by head chef Javier Vasquez, is built around a series of signature dishes with a pronounced emphasis on seafood and subtle blends of spices. Of particular note is Hawaiian Butterfish - black cod marinaded in saki and miso. There is a full featured bar which offers a range of tropical cocktails. Founder and Chef Roy Yamaguchi was born in Tokyo but grew up in Hawaii. He opened his first restaurant in Honolulu 20 years ago and developed a style of cooking which he named “Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine” and which amalgamates European and Asian ingredients and traditions.
