The Observatory’s other attractions include a 28-inch telescope, a Time ball Flamsteed House (designed by Sir Christopher Wren) and a Camera obscura as well as galleries and displays relating both to astronomy and to the concept and measurement of ‘time’. The Observatory is open to the public daily between 10.00 and 17.00 with last admission at 16.30 and the last planetarium show at 16.00. During the summer months, the Meridian courtyard stays open until 20.00. Admission is free of charge.
