The Hangar Flight Museum (Calgary, Canada)

Home to two dozen aircraft, the Aero Space Museum of Calgary is housed in a historic Second World War drill hall on the southern end of the Calgary International Airport’s land. The museum is open from 10am-4pm every day of the week, and is open on bank holidays except for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. You can reach the museum by public transit with a bus stop just outside the parking lot, where parking is free if you decide to drive. The museum is handicapped accessible, with an elevator to the second level. All ages, especially young children who have never been close to an airplane before, get a thrill out of standing close to the aircraft and peeking into the cockpits. Admission for an adult is just $10CAD (6.9 Euros), or you can purchase a membership for the whole year for $40CAD (27.6 Euros). Join us at the Aero Space Museum of Calgary to see aircraft up close!
