Vitosha Mountain TV Tower (Sofia, Bulgaria)

Built in 1985 on the peak Kopitoto the TV and Radio tower center is 186 meters high and is on 23°29’E / 42°45’N, at an altitude of 1345 meters. It can be reached by lift “Kniajevo-Kopitoto”, which is 1980 meters and has capacity of 600 passengers per hour. There is a road as well and bus and car easily can go to there. The peak is just about 30 minutes journey from the city center and offers beautiful views of the town.
